NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED! Workout in the comfort of your own home. Just find a space in your living room or backyard and get ready to sweat! This guide is a combination of functional training and strength training. All fitness levels welcome! There are 5 workouts a week so if you are just starting your fitness journey, scale the program back to 3 workouts a week and progress at your own pace.

 

Why this program?

My 4 week home guide is design to burn stubborn fat while toning the whole body. I feel that variety is key in maintaining engagement within a program. That is why I never prescribe the same workout twice! This program will make you excited to train.

 

The workouts range in time, from 30 mins to 60 mins, and consist of high intensity interval training, lower body strength, core and cardio, upper body strength and full body workouts.
